Land of Mine

2015 | P13 | 97 mins | Drama, Fiction

Days after the end of World War II, a group of German prisoners of war is forced to disarm the 2 million landmines scattered along the Danish West Coast by German occupying forces. In charge of the weakened young men performing the dangerous task is Sergeant Carl Leopold Rasmussen, who has a deep hatred for the Germans after suffering under their occupation. Carl takes his rage out on the prisoners, until one day a tragic incident makes him change his view of the enemy, even if it may be too late.
